Akonaflex Pro Self-Leveling Expansion Joint Filler
Akonaflex Pro Expansion Joint Filler fills expansion joints up to 2.5 in. wide x 1.5 in. deep, and contains a unique, specially-formulated technology which allows it to be exposed to water after only 2 hours without washing out. Won’t crack or shrink and acts as an excellent waterproof seal.
Easy to use!
Clean...
Thoroughly clean all surfaces of dirt, dust, grease, or other contaminants which could interfere with bonding.
Clip & caulk...
Use product in standard caulking gun. Trim cartridge tip to desired bead size. Puncture seal multiple times with a seal punch and fill.
Fill....
Apply using a caulking gun. Product will self-level as it is applied.
Let Dry!
Protect from traffic and debris for 24 hours. Allow joint filler to cure for at least 2 hours before exposing to water.

Product does not dry in 24 hrs as stated on lable. Takes about 8 days to fully cure in AZ. with 80 degree weather. After curing product is ok and installed as expected.

I found that cutting the end off the tube, was really easy with a chop saw. Then I would use the same screw-on end with all the tubes. It might be a good idea, to offer different colored colors. I was using a grey with a beige colored concrete. I bought some powder to mix with the sand for the top coat, but easy batch was a different color. It says it can be painted, but not sure what kind of paint to use.

Wait for the cooler day or evening because it does flow when it's really warm out. It does great at finding its own level and fills cracks perfectly
