Used it one time: First, the bag will not stay bent over. The bag insists I bend over more than a foot down. Otherwise, it stands up and drags on the ground. Secondly, the bag tore up the bottom surface the first time I used the device. This bag will not last.

In order to roll this bag properly you have to lean over and pull it or be 4 feet tall. My wife is 5 foot 1 inches tall and she can not roll this bag while standing up properly. Seems well constructed.

This bag is fairly durable and will hold my all of my dive kit sans a tank. I used it on two dives, one in Cozumel and one in Roatan, It did ok but what I don't like and find to be a major annoyance is the handle being soft allows the bag to tip up while trying to roll it and it hits the back of my feet. If I extend the handle strap out to the furthest position and tip the bag to where it is closer to a horizontal position, it works a little better but still a pain to deal with.
