They don’t fit cosmetically my ram 1500 2015 even thought they said they did. The lights a so dim in front. The led grounding isn’t long enough to reach the 12 v or hook into the assembly. This is the front only I want a full refund! My mechanic was furious. I demand a full refund.I’ve been trying to return this defective product since August. I continually got no reply from the seller. They kept resetting this 48hr seller response time allowance until they were outside the 90 day window. Now the seller replies. This is clearly a scam and Amazon takes zero accountability on their end. I spoke to the Amazon agent Andrew M Monday the 24th at 2:30pm est. The agent has no identifier or last name because why would anyone want accountability? This is the worst customer service and seller experience I have had with Amazon. 4 months of back and forth to not accept back a defective product.
