worked on my noisy guitar volume pot. I read several forums that said use "DeoxIT" which is VERY expensive. This was 1/4 to 1/3 the price. biggest issue is not making a mess. be careful AND let it work for a while. i did a lot of knob turning and played 15 to 20 minutes before it worked out the noise.
