What harm can a little dust do?
By the time you see that fine layer of dust on top of your audio gear, you can be certain at least 3 times that amount of dust has been sucked in thru the vents and holes outside, settling into its internal components that are used for optimal performance. While you can wipe that dust on top away, the dust inside just keeps building up in a thickening layer and sticking to the electronics inside by static charge. As it builds, it will definitely become dangerous -- causing your turntable to run at high temperatures, and by then, the damage will be done. Overheating is the actual "cause of death" in most electronics.

It covers up and protects my MPC One + very nicely. Only thing I don't like is at the very top edge it doesn't go over the end of the MPC. I know it was probably designed that way cause of the cords plugged in the back but it is still a good cover.

Cover was a great idea however it’s a very tight fit. If you have a wire connected for headphones cover won’t go all the way down therefore collect dust. If you keep removing wire when covering and plugging back I. Chances are you will destroy your mpc one. Right now it’s like a blanket that dosent fit all the way down.It should have had custom cuts lined up with all the inputs to me it’s just lazy and to pay a heft $26 for that was not worth it. Never the less, it’s sitting in my storage bag

It fits the MPC perfectly. It might seem like it is too small at first but it is just like putting a fitted sheet on a bed, you have to pull down on the corners gently once you have them lined up for a nice, snug fit. It is not visible in the product pictures but the back of the cover allows you to keep your cables plugged in when the cover is on, which is essential to me because I leave my gear set up on a desk.

I don't know, although it was clear from the marketing material, I'm not a fan of the unnecessarily huge branding on the front. Would have been much better much smaller or not there at all, but that's just me I guess. They could have made the item cheaper by not cross stitching their huge logo (which honestly, no one cares about) on the front?Seems to be good quality, fits ok, but just feels very expensive for what it is.

It's not the most protective cover, but to prevent dirt and dust, it does that trick. Relatively good shipping time, fits snuggly on Akai Pro MPC One. Not sure it's worth the price.
