I use this for masks. It's not too thick but it's perfect for masks. It does shrink a bit after a few washings.

This elastic is great! It’s thinner than most, though not in a bad way. I mean that the fact that it is slightly thinner me makes it softer, more pliable. I prefer this one over the previous ones I’ve purchased actually and it’s a great value for the price!

I received an elastic of poor quality. Other buyers have described the same quality-related problem. When you stretch it, it is full of holes (not enough material) and will break/lose its elasticity. I had to fight through Amazon to get my refund. Uncooperative seller. Lesson learned for me.

Bought several rolls for making face masks. It arrived on time (maybe earlier than expected). Seems to be decent quality. I noticed some shrinkage after hot water wash cycle....maybe 15%, so account for that when cutting ear loop pieces. I did not press with a hot iron, so I don’t know about the melting, like one review posted. Not super comfortable on the ears for long wearing, but works just fine for an hour or so.

This product wasn’t even shipped until the expected delivery date. Like other reviewers said, this product was dirty. Luckily I ordered black so there wasn’t any stains that could be seen. I put it in the wash as soon as I received it. Besides being dirty the elastic works well for making masks.
