We bought this product last fall didn’t use until July 2024 have use it maybe 10 times and it already has a rip in the canvas cover. It is tearing apart at the seem. When not in use it is stored in a shed out of the sun. I can submit a picture if necessary.

The product was good for the first year. Then the material started ripping off and eventually the seats just fell through the bottom of it while my kids were in it. Very unsafe and very unhappy with this product. I wish we could get a refund. For the price of what we paid for this, it should’ve been more sturdy and durable and a warranty should’ve been offered.

We bought this tube in 2023 on Amazon Prime day. We enjoyed it and used it every time we took our boat out. Unfortunately someone stole it when we left it at our dock while taking a break from using it. We liked it so much I had to buy another one to replace it on Amazon Prime day again. Very durable, easy to hook harness to and very comfortable to sit in. Way too much fun!

Our family is a bunch of Texas river rats during the summer, we float as often as we can. My husband and I each have big chair looking towable tubes that are sturdy and expensive that has lasted us 9 years so far and have held up over rocks and such. We decided we needed something for our two young boys that would be sturdy. we decided on this one because it has a spot for both of them to sit side by side so they don't have to fight over a tube or one being too big or too small. we took this on a float trip to the state park early this month and it's awesome! even the adults could sit on each side with a kid in their laps and go down the little rapids. the only complaint is this sucker is HEAVY to pull around and carry/pick up when it gets some water in the bottom under the cover and seats. make sure when you get out of it you turn it over a dump it out before you try to move it.

Love this tube! It's super stable and the kids feel safer tucked in this tube than our Big Mable. I Would give it 5 stars, but I'm already seeing some of the seams already start to loosen & long threads hanging down after about 5 hours of towing. I will update my review for durability after a longer period.update: durability wise I guess it hung in there for a while and no longer holds air. The seams all lasted, but the tube didn't. 3.5 stars

This water toy is extremely fun for both young kids and adults. It is stable enough for young kids to ride with an adult. We used it for one week on vacation and it never threw us off while riding behind a pontoon boat, stayed right in boat's wake. It was great fun though and a smooth ride over the bumps created by other boats. The bounces are cushioned by the inflatable pad under your rump. Nice handles and back rest, a big difference from "tubing". Very comfortable for 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child and it is nice to be able to talk with your fellow rider. If you are looking for a wild ride, would need a faster boat and possibly a longer tow rope. The price on Amazon is much better than many places that I looked, the only other place that had it for same price was Walmart.com. We also bought the Airhead hot dog for 3 and this toy was much preferred over the hotdog for comfort and stability. The hot dog is a bit more maneuverable, but also threw people off and can be hard to sit with your knees in the correct position for any length of time. The hot dog would not fit 3 adults well, maybe 3 kids or 2 adults.

I cannot even begin to tell you how much we love this tube! We use it for 3 year olds, teens, and adults. It is a lot less painful on the tummy and less jarring than the style where you lay face down flat. It has an inflatable tube pad under the seat of each rider to keep you from feeling roughed up by all the waves. It is stable and sturdy enough even for the youngest riders and so easy to hold onto. It has a quick inflate/deflate valve that quickly screws in and out which makes it super quick and easy to fill and deflate, which means less hassle and more time with the family and friends! Plus the quick connect attachment up front makes it so easy to connect it to the ropes, and the ropes never come lose off the connection. The cloth cover has a zipper and velcro that can easily be opened to remove the white plastic tube and seat cushions for easy cleaning and washing. It really helps to separate them so you can air dry thoroughly or treat for mildew if needed. We've used it for 1 full season and haven't had any signs of leaks or tears. It is built to last, and I expect it to last a while!

We found this inflatable while looking for a safe and sane inflatable for younger children and teens.After reading both positive and negative reviews, we decided to give it a try.Wow! We were so glad that we chose the Mach 2. It has been such a good inflatable; rugged, stable and comfortable. It is excellent for small children, teens and adults under 200 lbs and average size. We often pull an adult and a child or two children. The Mach 2 is so stable that children, teens and adults enjoy fun rides.Now the Mach 2 is the only towable that we take on our boating outings.If you are looking for a well designed, rugged and very stable towable for your boat and family, the Mach 2 is a great choice. We have experienced no problems, downsides or complaints.That's not to say that those who like riding at the edge of sanity and outside safe boundaries may not have some problems, but that's to be expected. Under normal use the Mach 2 was was well worth the money. We highly recommend it.
