I purchased this product based on the product name and it's reviews. I like that it was yellow and should be easy to see in the water as well as should float keeping it away from the prop and work for towing a two person tube. I was concerned the snap hooks would not be large enough to clamp onto my transom based on the reviews and I was correct. The hooks only open 3/8 of an inch. In looking for an alternate option I was not able to find anything that fit the requirement and need and my preference. I will most likely find two Stainless Steel Snap Hook Carabiner hooks (make sure your working load rating is large enough for one, two or three people), then cut off the old snap hooks and replace with the new ones. I have included photos of the hook that comes on the tow harness and the transom eye that it will not fit.Update 08/29/20 I added a Spring Loaded "Spring Link" 7/16 x 4 3/4 that has a working load limit of 540 lbs, It's stainless steel and I think it was about $10 each at my local Big Box hardware store. These clip to my boat without a problem, and I'm pulling a tube for one person. These work great, i'm using them with the clips that are attached, but you cut cut off the original clips.
