using these to train my jaw to relax.. I have a small mouth; these are still big but not crazy big... wish they would make smaller.... they are working for me.....

Aggressive bite in child so I needed something to keep his mouth open when brushing his teeth. It's great but when my son openss his mouth wider, for whatever reason, the bite guard would easily slip backwards in his mouth. Afraid he would choke so I discontinued use.

I use these bite spacers on nights where my jaw needs to stretch and relax and my small bite guard isn’t doing the trick I have a small mouth so I don’t really worry about swallowing these things, they’re not tiny...but if your worried, you can tie a string to one end (there’s a loop) 😂
