I took a chance that this would fit my application and it mostly did. The end caps do not fit the Neo so you will need to get the correct part from another vendor. The Nozzle/Needle combos will work with the correct end cap BUT, the nozzle length seems to be a tiny bit longer than stock. To compensate for this I wrapped 3 layers of Teflon tape around the cap threads, then slowly tightened it until the bubbles stopped percolating in the cup and sprayed correctly. It’s worth the money simply for the nozzles.

I bought this because I accidently bent the need in one of my air brushes when cleaning it. Well, I bought this kit and what do you know a normal thing I do every time I use my airbrush ruined it by this product. The metal nozzle the needle rests in broke off inside my airbrush where the nib fell off and the threads are stuck inside.Great I basically paid this company money to let me destroy my tool with their crappy product. So now I need to buy a new airbrush to replace the one this product destroyed.Don't skimp on cheaper like I did, get master or badger products not anything from these jokers.

I have a CakeBoss airbrush machine. Very basic, no support or parts from the company. I've had it for 4 years, and never broke it fully down to clean it until last week. I mean, the fact I've used it several times per month over 4 years, without doing more than running hot water through it to clean it out, says a lot already. But, I digress, I finally decided to break it down completely to clean it. All was well until I went to put it back together, and I over torqued the nozzle. I mean, look, don't put a dang wrench in the kit if you don't expect me to use it, mmmk? I didn't have a clue it was brass. I also hadn't a clue the recommended usage before replacing is 45-60 uses. He ha ha. I'm not exactly sure what they consider a "use", but, I generally fill the cup up 3-6 times per color on a cookie set, and change colors 2-6 times. And I do this weekly. Feel free to do the math on that one.Fortunately, the little booklet that came in the box with the airbrush shows this stock machine comes with a .4mm nozzle, cause Lord knows it's nowhere on Cake Boss's webpage or online product info. It took forever, but I finally found a .4mm replacement nozzle for $12-nozzle ONLY. Being the cheapo that I am (I have a Cake Boss airbrush machine, after all) I decided that was too much, and continued my search. Then I found this set here-3 sizes, with nozzles, caps, and needles, also for $12. But no .4mm.. which was super weird- apparently .4 is an odd size, cause it's hard to find. But, I figured, for the same price, with all of the necessary hardware, it was worth a shot! And maybe I'd up my airbrush game a bit, and be able to do fine details better with the smaller nozzles. Anything is possible, right?Well, the pieces came today- fast shipping, I was pleased. I do not have prime, so I rely on spending extra to get the free, albeit slower, shipping. I went to town disassembling my gun, and putting in it's new parts. I went with the .3 to start. I noticed right off the bat that the new nozzle has a gasket on the back side of it!! The original did not. At first, I was pretty delicate with tightening down the new nozzle. But I was still getting blowback (like I was with the broken nozzle). I couldn't find any other reason for this besides air getting out the nozzle at that gasket. So, with my breath held, I slowly and steadily cranked it down a bit more.. and a bit more.. and a bit more, until I could feel solid resistance. Released my held breath, replaced the cap, and gave it a go. SUCCESS!!! Air only went out from where it was supposed to. Hallelujah!I did wind up having to cut the back end of the needle down by about 1/2". But I anticipated that when I ordered these, as the Cake Boss needle is shorter, so the end handle piece wouldn't go back on. But, a pair of side cutters took care of that easily.I haven't tried the .5 or .2 yet. I am so stoked about the .3 I don't want to change it out yet!In conclusion, measure your needle and make sure this one is as long as- or longer- than the one you currently have, and make sure your gun comes apart where you can replace all these little pieces. If it does- you won't be disappointed! Yeah, it's Chinese parts, but it got the job done! God bless ya!
