These air tags arrived with a tiny screwdriver to be able to change the batteries. None of the tags would turn on when I tried them. The instructions said if that happened to remove the battery and then put it back inside. When I finally was able to get all four of the tiny screws out of the back of one of the tags, I found that battery covered with fingerprints. I realized that someone else had previously returned them. I then struggled for about 30 minutes trying to get the screws back into the back of the tag. I finally gave up and returned them with only some of the screws in place. This seller should not be selling returned items as new products. Don't bother with this one.

I love that this was so easy to connect to my phone. That part took up the most time. I do like that the instructions were clear. The quality is great. I put it on several keys and in a wallet that I seem to forget a lot. This has definitely been a game changer. The finder noise that it makes is noticeable. Not too loud and not too quiet. The price is well worth the value, however, it was a hassle to add the key ring on to the device due to the fact that the hole was tiny. Overall, still a great product.
