In my case did not work. Customer service not available.I assembled and powered it up and got the app. Hitting the power button it turned on and started running. Instructions say to hold power button for 3 seconds to connect to phone. Wifi image on device blinked, but could not connect to my phone. After 7 minutes the united stopped running. Unplugged and plugged back in. After that hitting the power button yielded the device to beep. It would not run again. Tried multiple times with no luck. Manual say contact them if you have any problems, but the manual has no contact information. Looked online and got to their website where there is a means to chat, however no reply to my entry to the chat.Needless to say, I am returning it. Amazon has a troubleshooting option - which I tried with no luck.

So this thing is awesome looking and has a lot of great features I look for in an air purifier. When I first turned it on I couldn't believe the amount of air this little thing moves it's crazy. It's a little loud but for how much air it's moving that's to be expected.The air quality sensor however in my unit was defective. It seemed to work out of the box but then said the air was clean when I had another purifier in the room and it showed red with a very high number. So not sure what that's about but that was the first problem. The second was the app. The functions through the app are pretty much non functional. You can turn it on and off and do basic stuff like that but when it comes to timers to shut it off you have to do it from the unit itself because the app doesn't do what it says it will do.After all this I still wanted to keep it but I only use the auto features on my air purifiers so without a functional air quality sensor it will not work right. So I sent mine back.I would definitely recommend it though to anyone looking for one with the functions it has and you are ok with the app not doing much because it's a great little purifier.Update: This company is amazing! They reached out and sent me a new unit that works perfectly. Great brand that I will definitely be sticking with!

We purchased this air purifier for our master bedroom and so far, it seems to be doing a good job. It arrived when expected and it is even bigger than we thought it was, which was a nice surprise. It appears to be very high quality and it operates even quieter than we expected.

Bought 3 of these after the fires in LA. They’re quite, seems to work great. Easy to set up and operate. Has timer. auto settings and shows the amount of debris in the air. Light weight, easy to transport from room to room. changed my previous review of 3 stars to 5 stars. Owner just made me aware of replacement filters for this air purifier. Great customer service.

Like: very quiet mode, filters well, gives specific level of particles in air. Good value for money. Compact size is welcome. No negatives as of yet(2 months of use). Don't know how long filters last

This air purifier is light and easy to set up and get running- the buttons and features function great and I love the automatic setting. It cleans the air quickly and quietly. The highest setting is a little loud but it’s a gentle white noise so it’s tolerable. I really like how much my air quality improved within an hour! The filter is supposed to last a long time and there is a link to reorder more on the air purifiers app.The Bluetooth app connectivity worked well at first, then stopped being able to connect where I had to reset it to the WiFi feature. That worked for about a day then it’s been spotty since. I loved the timer setting where you can put it on a schedule to turn off and on, but it rarely actually follows it and turns on and off at random times during the day. It seems to have a mind of its own with that…where I’m thinking of just disconnecting it completely from the app and using the air purifier the old fashioned way.Overall it’s a great air purifier, but the connectivity/app seem pretty useless.
