….but I can’t verify the accuracy yet. My gauge shows 65-90 so I don’t know it the gauge or the pressure switch is off a bit. I’ll get a better idea and once I do I’ll update this review. It does turn on and off consistently though.

Pressure Switch works ok but not quite at the rated PSI. I put an old style round liquid filled PSI gauge on the line and saw that the switch activates (opens circuit, is NC) at 95 PSI, and has a quick hiccup at 69 psi, then actually closes the circuit at 65 PSI. Totally fine for my purposes, but not exactly as advertised. But it is within 5 PSI.I added this switch to control a portable air compressor for airing up Jeep tires when we get back to pavement. Having the pressure switch stop the compressor saves a lot of wear on the compressor & hoses. No need to manually turn the compressor off between tires anymore, now it will do that by itself. This psi switch will def NOT handle the full current of an air compressor. THIS SWITCH CAN HANDLE 10 AMPS MAX. MAYBE LESS. USE A RELAY.Our compressor pulls more like 15 amps, and someone else stated in the reviews that they blew up their first psi switch on their Jeep air compressor, then they added a relay & then it was fine.During this project, I learned that for this kind of load, the trick is to use a relay with stud terminals like this one has. I first tried a 30 amp relay with connectors & wires included. Those wimpy little 4 or 5 wire connectors on the 30 amp relays are just too weak & too small to take the load. The load wires to the 30 amp relay got hot & the connector started smoking. Nope! Not ok!I replaced that 30a relay with a 120 amp relay with stud terminals & it's fine now. I used the: [Hamolar 2 Pack 12V DC 120A Starter Relay Switch Car Heavy Duty Split Charge Continuous Duty 4 Terminal SPST Relays for Truck Boat Marine] https://amzn.to/3JR5dFXCost was a little more per relay, but necessary & better.Anyway, this pressure switch is fine, even if it is off by 5 psi.
