I had little to no difficulty installing this with just practical hand tools. It fit perfectly and does the job. It needs to pretty cut and dry when it comes to such a simple piece like this.

Pulled the carb to rebuild and figured this bout works crack when removing it. Fit good and works good so far

In the end, I got the boot to " fit" between the air box and carb. The offset isn't quite so you have to force it to line up on both ends, this was frustrating at first, but definitely doable.
