Top plate, out of the box, was missing a screw to hold the electrical unit in place. I am returning for one that I hope was put together correctly.

Love this panini maker! I’ve made several grilled cheese and the cheese doesn’t stick or melt to the plates. Easy clean up too.

I was looking all over for a sandwich press that did not use non-stick surface and was happy to find it and I do use it regularly. The only problem is that the only way to turn it on is to plug it in. There is no switch. Dumb design.

I got this today and nowhere I find info on the product sheet saying it has a ceramic tray (which is the reason why I bought it). I read the baking tray is die-cast metal with iron-fluorine non-stick coating. I’ll probably return it.
