WE have used this brand and type of sealer before and it worked well most of the time. This new one will not seal and rips the sealing paper. Very unhappy with this product. Expensive not to work!

Overall very happy with the product. I do however recommend a higher gauge wrap, especially if wrapping asymmetrical packages.

I haven't used it a ton yet but so far is working well, it doesnt melt the seem the first time everytime but works great for the price and makes my products look that much more proffesional.I added the image of the manual to answer the questions about replacing the heat strip. Hope it helps

I had to order another one and return this one. It arrived damaged and was of very poor quality. Save yourself a headache and buy something different.
