Been using the NotePin for two days now. The design is sleek and minimal, making it super easy to wear in different ways. Functionality-wise, it works great—transcriptions are accurate, and I love that it supports multiple languages even in the same conversation. The recent firmware upgrade was a nice improvement, especially in making it clearer when a recording starts. Overall, a solid AI-powered note-taking device that’s both convenient and reliable!

I haven't had a chance to really get into all the features, but so far, I love it. It makes my life a bit easier.

I use the NotePin to make my life easier in so many ways. During lectures or workshops, I can focus on listening instead of scrambling to take notes because I know it’ll capture everything. In meetings, it helps me keep track of all the details, and the summaries make it simple to review key points later. When I’m brainstorming ideas or working on a project, I record my thoughts on the spot and organize them later. It’s also great for travel—its multilingual transcription lets me record conversations or interviews in different languages. Even for personal use, like saving family stories, it’s been a lifesaver.

The Plaud is a great device, but I did end up returning it. It was great for charting, and it does take notes even in other languages.However, I needed something that can also translate the other language to English. And there are web apps that can do that while I see patients.I loved that this I could wear and NOT need my phone or a computer. And it would accurately time stamp conversations when I was not near my phone.It was maybe not the greatest when I was in loud environments with lots of conversations. But overall, it was a great device. And the transcriptions and summaries were quick and mostly accurate.I feel like it was a great tool to have when in the hospital doing my rounds. I could just tell the plaud my info I needed to chart and not have to take notes and could just talk to patient's.If they could make it translate from other spoken languages to English transcription/ notes it would be perfect

Purchased this device as an addition to the PLAUD note for the smaller form factor and multiple attachments. Powered on, paired and tested and the device worked amazing… until it did not. Found the device recording multiple times (on and off charger) and even while sitting on desk with nothing touching it. Thought it was an issue but wanted to give it a chance… this continued recording 6-15 minutes and then doing it again and again. The device activated and recorded conversations it was not meant to and they were loading to the cloud with the WiFi connection. I was doing maintenance to clean out my recordings 2-4x a day. Did the software update and it seemed to fix the issue. It didn’t unfortunately. I attempted to use it to record a one hour session and the light stayed red the entire time, but when I went to review the recording found that it only recorded bits and was starting and stopping itself. I put the device in a hard storage box and inside my desk, when I went to take it home found it active again and finally reached out to support (as I have completed all the help files on the app and online). They were quick to respond, but wanted to check the software. (Software, Serial Number and all other questions they asked were in the support form which are required fields). I sent back screen shots of the device software and received a message back 3 days later saying they were going to reach out to someone to get more info to help fix the issue. Radio silence after that, I sent another email stating that it’s becoming an invasion of my privacy, could cause issues for me at work and needed to be fixed or I would need to return the device. Still nothing. I finally was fed up and sent it back via Amazon and then received an email telling me to send it to them but I needed to take pictures of the entire unit before sending it back, that they would only send me a return label after they approved the images and would refund me (even though I DIDN'T BUY IT FROM THEM).Battery Life was not great (due to it activating and recording when it wanted). The size was amazing (although a bit smaller than I thought it would be. The value of this device if it worked, would be priceless that’s for sure! The device activating - recording conversations (and only sections of them) both when you did and didn’t want it to is a solid NO for me.Support for this product via the app was a joke, they didn’t pay attention to details sent (emails sent back and forth were quick and detailed) but the agent or whomever showed how much the company values their product by not even paying attention to the details provided.PLAUD NotePin is a solid zero stars and I wish I could have given it an actual shot.Save yourself the money and go with the PLAUD Note, it’s been a game changer for me and my life and I have had zero issues with it.To The Company: PLAUDIf you’re going to offer a product ensure it works but even more so value those whom are reporting issues. I stated I would write this review and you still didn’t even attempt to help fix your products clear violation of the users rights. I hope that someone from the companies corporate office sees this review and finds better solutions to their support and faster response times to their new product defects.

This product is well-designed and has good portability. It's easy to use and audio quality is high. The app is also very user-friendly and provides accurate transcription in multiple languages. Highly recommended!

Plaud.ai is incredible! Its smaller size is perfect for on-the-go use, and the sleek design is a plus. The expanded language support is fantastic for working with multilingual teams and clients. It excels at creating professional memos and summarizing texts or meetings. I used it in business school guest speaker sessions, many business meeting with cross country and function team and it turned complex discussions into concise summaries in minutes. The FASTER performance in this upgrade is a huge improvement . Highly recommended!
