Learning curve, follow the instructions. Make sure you scan the barcode for setting up. Very good quality, my husband has used his to communicate with our contractors helpers that speak Spanish. They were very happy. You just have to read the translation.

Sucks doesn’t even tell you what app to use for the translator so there’s no purpose of these headphones unless if you just wanna listen to music and even the quality for the music is not as good as others

La verdad no es lo que esperaba,pones la aplicación en el teléfono y la verdad es qje si no tienes el teléfono con la aplicación abierta no te traduce,es decir si estas en un sitio q no puedas tener el celular no servirán porq tienes q apretar el micrófono en el teléfono para poder traducir ,no es como se muestras q hablas y se traduce

These do not translate. You have to put an app on your phone that actually does the translation. There are better apps available.They are just blue tooth ear phones. They do work pretty well but they do nothing as far as translating.

The product is good, the bad thing about using the translator is that a program that cannot link conversations or videos either.

Absolutely misleading and underperforming. Ai app is completely useless and not functioning as advertised. These earbuds are tiny, barely go on my ear like they were made for a child. Adding insult to injury you have to basically man handle them to get them out of the case, nothing to grab onto. Save your money.
