The translation accuracy rate is ridiculously low, no different from machine literal translation. Many commonly used words are translated wrongly, making it impossible to communicate normally. This function is simply non-existent.

These are a great use of tech for communicating with others don’t speak English. You need to download the app and pair up with the earphones. This also requires internet connection because it’s using AI (deepseek). The translation is reasonably fast and surprising very accurate. I’ve tried it with only 2 languages (Spanish and polish). The earbuds are a little awkward to use initially, but they are just meant to just rest over the ear canal and not cover it completely. Battery life is great and can be used as regular earbuds if needed.

Not good for watching foreign films without subtitles. Way too slow, translation came after a few minutes of solid dialogue, and then a long pause after that before I get to hear a translation of what just happened 5 minutes ago. Jumbles everyone’s words together, and half of the words were inaccurate. I will say the devices are very comfortable to wear and I forgot I was wearing them, but the technology isn’t where I’d like it to be yet, so comfort doesn’t really matter.

My wife (Spanish/English speaker) and myself (English speaker only) had a conversation using the ear buds. She only spoke in Spanish and I only spoke in English. It records what was said and translates it nicely in audio and text format. I can see this being a great help for me to learn Spanish and to be able to communicate with my Spanish speaking family better. Happy with purchase!

Took me a second to figure out how to connect them. Make sure you put both ear buds on at the same time before connecting the Bluetooth or they will pair independently and not work together. Once I figured that out they’re working together now. So far so good. My wife if from Poland. They’re able to communicate properly with her speaking polish and it translating to English. You do have to give it time to process what was said before it translates. It doesn’t translate swear words though. Just fyi lol

I grabbed these mainly for the translation feature, and wow, they actually work really well! Tried English to Spanish and it was super quick and accurate. Love that it doubles as regular Bluetooth earbuds too, the sound is clear and they’re comfy for long use. The open-ear style is nice for staying aware while walking around. Battery life is crazy good, and pairing was a breeze. Perfect for travel or even just practicing languages at home. Definitely recommend for the price!

Wow I was skeptical that this wouldn't work, but it does. It's great. It even knows some slang and different dialects. Not sure how they pulled this off. You need your phone with you to live record what language you are trying to translate to and then it does it on the fly. Sound quality is great too. Will have to buy a few more for my parents as English is their second language.
