Only install once you have your foreign SIM card installed. It will only allow you to use it with the SIM card you had when pairing the device. I’m in Thailand and that SIM card is in Canada. The translation doesn’t work as I expected. It really only plays it through the app on your phone. Not the ear piece.

The box doesn't come with instructions, on use, just basically a QR code to download the app you need for it. The app at times doesn't work well and doesn't always verbally translate from the phone what I'm saying to the other person, though when they talk it translates the vast majority of the time. It says I can press the button on the device to speak, but it doesn't work at all. However, it could, but there are no instructions on how to use it. When you enter speaker mode it says touch the device, but I can't get it work without touching the phone. If I give my phone to someone else for use, the other person has to hold the phone upside down, as my language is only available on the bottom portion of the translation screen. So, if I want to talk to them, they have to hold it upside down so I can tap the screen without them handing my phone back. You can flip the top screen so it'll be right side up for me, and right side up for them, but the app is just a mess, and I can't figure out how to get the device to work. Ive basically bought new headphones for music, which, I will say, has good sound quality, which is why I even decided on 3 stars. If you want to translate, just get a free translation app, don't waste money on this

They work great the only problem is the app makes you pay and it's totally difficult to navigate through to get where you need to be.

These work great. Easy to install on your phone. Only issue is you have to keep touching the "start conversation " tag as it deactivates shortly after conversation has ended.

Do not buy this product. Took it to Mexico and it never worked . Got back today and because I ordered it 30 days early so I would have it I cannot return it . When I did finally get it to turn on it was in maybe Chinese and would not come out of that . Waist of time and money

Buyer beware. These are misrepresented as AI Translation Earbuds. They are actually standard earbuds. The App you are forced to download actually does the translation. This App (WooAsk) has horrible ratings on Google Play Store as it is a Pay to Use App and you must retain a monetary balance and purchase coins to use it.Total scam.

Somehow the translator at the Chinese Factory couldn’t spell “translator” correctly on the box, cuz I’m not sure what a “Tarnslator” is.Haven’t used it a ton yet, but we’ll see.
