I finally found a replacement for my 50 y/o wax lub stick. There's nothing better for lubricating wood-on-wood drawers and closet rods. Can seal small scratches on equipment against rust.

Used this product for years and finally ran out. Was not able to purchase at any store locally so bought online. Free, quick shipping and the product works great.

Love the stuff for my vehicle door hinges, it doesn’t wash off like most of the oils when you run it through a car wash.

17 years in this house with "all natural wood trim," etc... and I am just now finding this product? It works amazingly well on our casement windows which were "sticky" (3 years back, some "expert" told us we had to buy new ones- NOT!), deck/patio doors that have stained/unpainted, wood trim. All our wood is stained, sealed, not painted- and this product leaves NO color/staining behind. I actually have to restrain myself from using it on basically ANYTHING that needs a quick squeak-squeak. Love it, highly recommend it!

So sad that now days, what used to be cased in a Tin Tube.is just a this paper wrap. The product is just as good as bees waxever was. Guess the CEO needs to keep up the profit line.I removed the cheap paper cover, & slipped the tube of wax intomy old tin tube case. Yea for me!

I bought this for a sliding glass door that is hard to open. I'm a renter and the landlord is not going to spend any more money on this house. I have been spraying WD-40 on it but that only lasted a couple days. When this came in the mail I couldn't wait yo try it. I cleaned out the track really good and applied the lubricant, man what a difference. The door glides with ease. The reason I gave it four stars is that it doesn't last as long as I would hope it too,(girls stop giggling at that comment). It lasts about two weeks before you have to reapply.Overall, it is a good product that comes in a stick so it is easy to apply. I just put it back in its package for storage. In my house I have a big glass sliding door going to the backyard. The bottom of the door is metal and so is the track it slides on. It used to make a ridiculously high pitched and loud squeaking noise when sliding it open and closed. I applied this lubricant to it and the sound has completely gone away. It has now been 2 months or so and the sound still hasn't come back even though the door track is on the outside of the house for some reason. I am very pleased with this purchase. The one downside is that the lubricant is like a really soft oily wax rolled up in paper like a big soft crayon. It is very easy to apply, but when you are done with it you won't want to just set it down in a drawer or something because it will get everywhere. You'll want to put it in a plastic bag or something for storage.

This stuff really works. If your drawers or doors are wood and old and dry it might take a few applications to get them operating like new again but I am very impressed with this product. Keep in mind there is a slight odor (smells kind of "greasy") so if you are sensitive to these kinds of scents you might want to find another option. My drawers and doors are opening and closing with ease again and I couldn't be happier.

I would sure like to know what this lubricant is made of. Perhaps a combination of wax and oil? Anyhow I got it to use on squeaking door hinges and it works great. I considered using WD-40 but it's viscosity is too thin and it will run off the hinge pin onto the door woodwork; I considered using grease but that was really messy and increased the chances of staining the door. This STICK lube worked great. I removed each door pin from the hinge and rubbed a fair amount on the pin, then I scraped the STICK Lube on the top of the empty hinge to place some lube over the hinge hole so that when I replaced the hinge pin it pushed some lube down into the hole. There were a few hinges that still squeaked even after I put a bunch of STICK Lube on them. I eventually figured out that the screws that secured the hinges to the door and door frame were a bit loose so that the hinge was slightly moving when the door moved. I tightened the screws and the squeaks were gone. I've since used the STICK lube on some zippers and on the wooden slides of a table top when opening it to insert leaves. It seems to work well there also. It seemed a bit pricey but you end up not using very much on each application so it will probably last a long time.

I can't remember ever being without this stuff. My dad always kept a tube around the house and that was ever since back in the early 1940s. Door-Ease is great for making drawers slide more easily, easing up sticky doors so that a plane is not needed and it can be put on wood screws to help them go in easier. Great product

One of the first things I do with a new jacket, gear bag, or back pack is slather Door-ease on the zippers. Not messy, long -lasting, great all-purpose lubricant. Swipe a little on a screw before driving it in - you'll be pleasantly surprised at how much more cleanly it goes in. Oh yeah - works on sticky drawers and latches too. One tube will likely last years.
