I purchased the mat . The foam mat for $14.99. I misunderstood what I bought from the image, which included the step platform. After reading carefully, I realized it was the mat. Not the step. It has good length and thickness and Im gonna need this type of narrow foam anyways, so will keep this.

This is just a thick mat you can put on top of your exercise step (assuming it's the correct size) or use on it's own. It's perfect o put under your knees or elbows. Takes very little space and provides just enough cushion.
