It is a thicker case, but thats a good thing makes it less likely to break if dropped. Also fits the absxlute s9 as an added bonus. Love it!

Este estuche no debe de faltar si planeas comprarte un control Gamesir G8 Plus. Es perfecto para guardarlo (si no quieres que se llené de polvo, grasa de cocina, etc) y sobre todo en llevártelo fuera de tu casa (esto es subjetivo, pero no es tan necesario para juegos simples, pero si para juegos tipo FPS, Lucha, Metroidvania, etc si no soportas jugarlos en pantalla táctil). También es perfecto para guardar su cargador. 5 estrellas por qué cumple con su función.

This was the nicest looking and most practical case I could find. Reasonable price and solid protection just like a quality Switch case. So far I have taken it on two 5-hour flights and to and from hotels in a backpack and it's holding up great. Offers protection and peace of mind for my Galileo. It also very comfortably holds a Samsung quick charger and 6 ft cable in the zipper area without pushing down on the sticks or anything like that.

Case is hard shell and zips firmly, but is entirely too thick in my opinion. I have my G8Plus in it and you can see in the pictures that it's more than double the width it really needs to be. No actual protection for the buttons or thumbsticks since the case is just a giant box. Anything placed in the zipper compartment will bump againt the controller. So, it works but I bet there are better options out there.
