I have used other AED training simulators, and this is as good as any that I've used. It comes with the AED trainer machine and all of the pads and connectors. When you turn it on, it speaks to you and essentially tells you exactly what to do simulating a real device. Once you go through the training, you find that it really is fairly simple to use these machines, but pad placements are an important part of the training.
