you wouldn't think 1 step down in vacuum would made a difference but I think my vacuum signal was just at the right level with my cam that it was causing the 6.5 valve to open too soon and made mild takeoffs or cruising in parking lots very clumsy and loaded up my carb. Had to rev and clutch a lot to cruise carshow parking lots at low speed. This 5.5 valve closed that enrichment circuit off until it was really needed and I can just normally let off the clutch and get into parking spots and taking off easy from stop signs in my neighborhood is so smooth, just like factory meant it to be.

I added a new one to my holly 750 and it made a world for difference.Would recommend this brand for your holly parts.
