Box was damaged, product looked ok. After assembly I noticed the table mesh was bent in. Also on one chair and two chairs are very wobbly. I have already put it all together. I’m not gonna take it apart to send back. I should have never bought this set.

Perfect for our small balcony. Comfortable with or without cushions. Seat works for my short legs and my husband’s long ones (he’s 5’ 10”. ) This set was easy to put together. One small bracket was damaged in shipping. A friend was able to solder it back into shape. We have used the set now for a year and a half and consider it a very good purchase.

What I hate most about assemble yourself stuff you buy off the internet is the QC you get with it. However, if you're like me and are very handy and DIY it'll be no problem. The pieces all come fairly, nicely packaged but there were some spots that weren't and rubbed together and the finish was chipped and there were also some unfinished edges that could cut you up. After deburring everything I took a leg to The BIG ORANGE aka Home Depot near me and got a can of spray paint that matched the color the best I could and then went back home and began to "touch up" everything I had deburred or was chipped off.After letting everything dry, I then proceeded to put everything together; AGAIN! if you're not very DYI or can understand the most minimal basic instructions then this is where the beer and phone a friend come into place. Starting with the tabletop, lay it upside down on the ground and begin to unwrap it from the middle being careful not to just tear the paper apart. Fold the ears of the wrapping under the table, to help protect it while you're assembling everything. Start off by loosely attaching the legs to the tabletop; leave the screws out just enough for the leg to wiggle but not wobble like a drunken frat boy. Repeat the looseness of the screws on everything you put together is paramount. and then once you have everything assembled and put right side up is when you tighten all the screws. MAKE SURE YOU TIGHTEN EVERYTHING ON A LEVEL SURFACE!!For the chairs; assemble by taking one side and attaching it to the seat part and then flip it over and do the same thing then attach the back part to everything. TRUST ME its easier this way and also make sure you keep all the screws slightly loose then put on level surface and tighten everything.once i had everything together everything looks great! quality is a above what you'd expect from mass produced made in china stuff which surprised me and most importantly the wife loved it!

The set arrived with 4 chairs and a table in two boxes.There was no umbrella or umbrella holder.The instructions and loose bits came in sturdy packaging which made it easy to understand and find the correct part.The tools that were provided weren’t sufficient, the tool was very flimsy and didn’t allow the appropriate pressure to tightly fit the nuts to the bolts.I ended up using my own tools to complete the job which in total took 2 hours just because of the strength needed to screw the nuts on.Once assembled it’s was very comfy and fairly sturdy, I reckon it would have been sturdier has the nuts fit properly.

The person assembling it found some screws didn’t tighten and some pieces of the chairs didn’t fit together. These items have now been returned to you via the post office, as requested by you, at a cost of £41 to me. I expect to be refunded for that and the cost of the items

Great furniture set, easy to put together and comfy to sit on. Delivery was relatively slow (item arrives in two packages, one shipped via Yodel, the other via Evri/Hermes with all that entails in delivery times) but seller was very responsive and helpful.

Love this set, it was exactly what I wanted. I would warn you it was not an easy assembly. As some others have mentioned, the nuts seemed to not fit the bolts which was super frustrating. You will need additional tools to get this to work and honestly, I had to use brute force (hammer came in handy) just to get some of these started. But once I got it assembled, I loved it. It's comfortable, sturdy and has so far held up to weather. I recommend, if you are a little bit handy.

We wanted a smaller table for our small patio area and this works well. Got an umbrella to go with it. I'll add picture later. It did arrive a little late. Came in 2 boxes that were well packed & taped together. The hardware is all in ONE box. Be careful you are using correct screws for table vs chairs. It took 2 of us about an hour or more to assemble but instructions were pretty clear. Once you get one chair done it goes faster for the others. It seems like a solid set and the mesh is nice and small so things won't fall through. It says the chairs are rated for 350 pounds which is good for larger folks. We got some cushions for chairs but they are fine without the cushions too.
