I ordered the grate only for my Norsemen furnace. The shaft didn't fit into my existing grate frame. I used an angle grinder to make it slender enough to work. Certainly not a deal-breaker for me but if you don't have a way to grind off the excess, you might want to consider buying the grate and frame together. Mine worked "grate" after the modification 😁
