So my son was obsessed with Halloween and Christmas was coming up and my wife wanted to find a way to mix the two. This was the perfect solution to that problem! My son had a blast opening one of these up every morning and waiting specifically to find an Oogie Boogie. It definitely helped to transition him from Halloween to enjoying Christmas activities. Now the little figurines themselves are not of the greatest quality to be completely honest. They are made of rubber and though some of them are manufactured relatively a few of them had issues. The main issue was some of piece disconnecting at points they shouldn't come apart and little pieces falling off after slight gentle play. All in all I think the product did the job for what we were looking for and if you are ok with a few of the figurines not being quite as perfect as the others than I would say go ahead and give this a shot whether its to do what we did or lovers of Nightmare Before Christmas.

We gifted this to my daughter's friend for her 3rd birthday. She is a big fan of Nightmare before Christmas, and it brought her so much joy and helped celebrate the anticipation for the holidays. I think it was a good value for money for a kid, and she had fun opening it. For an adult fan, I would say the pieces would be very small.

This advent calendar was perfect. Every one of them has grinch or something to do with the Grinch not like others I was able to use every single one that came in the box..

I purchased 2, one for my grandson. For his little tree he said they were a bit big. If I recall he has about a 14 in tree. My tree is about 3 feet. They k8nd of look lost but it works with other ornaments

This product was not worth what I paid for it. Color is missing on the backs of some figures, eyes missing on others. It is poor quality. Way over priced.

We bought the 2024 TNBC Christmas Advent Calendar for our 10-year-old, a die-hard Nightmare Before Christmas fan. At first, he was excited to see what surprises awaited each day because advent calendars are fun to open. That excitement lasted…about three days. After that, it was more like, “Oh, another one. Yay?” He called it “okay,” which, for him, is basically code for “meh.” Maybe this wasn’t the best choice for his age; a younger child might not care as much about this calendar’s shortcomings.The biggest issue? Lack of character variety aka repetition. We kept getting the same characters, just in different outfits or slightly tweaked colors. It felt like the designers ran out of ideas halfway through and decided to phone it in. Our kid tried to make it fun by guessing what the next figure would be, but even he gave up when the answer was always “Oh, that one. Again.”To make matters worse, the quality was, let’s say, not exactly premium. Each figure had these annoying little plastic bits hanging off, like spillover from the mold. Our kiddo had to pick them off, which he dubbed “plastic surgery.” It was messy, tedious, and made the figures feel cheap.Bottom line: This calendar was more trick than treat. We won’t be buying this brand again, no matter how tempting the theme. If you’re thinking of getting it, maybe save yourself and your kid the disappointment.
