Say goodbye to pesky fleas with Advantus (imidacloprid). This powerful flea treatment provides fast and effective relief for your furry friend. A single dose of Advantus soft chews starts killing adult fleas within one hour. And it's out of their system in 24-hours,* so your dog can get back to enjoying life.

If there are fleas in your dog's environment and your dog becomes re-infested, you can safely repeat treatment as often as once per day. Although it does not prevent fleas, the active ingredient, imidacloprid, is a potent insecticide that works to kill fleas when they bite your dog. When fleas ingest the product, the active ingredient over-stimulates the flea's nervous system and kills the flea. Advantus soft chews should not replace your dog's flea and tick prevention. For monthly flea and tick prevention for dogs, consider Advantage II, Seresto or K9 Advantix II for dogs.

Designed for dogs and puppies aged 10 weeks and older and weighing between 4 and 22 lbs., Advantus is a convenient and savory soft chew that can be given to your dog directly by placing it in their mouth or having them take it from your hand. It's available without a prescription, so you can immediately begin treating your dog's flea infestation. Advantus is also available for larger dogs ranging in weight between 23 and 110 lbs.

For best results, use Advantus at the first sign of fleas. Advantus fights fleas fast, providing relief within the hour. Follow the label instructions carefully, and keep out of reach of children and pets. For complete directions for use and safety information, see product label.

Got these for my puppy that I couldn't use drops on due to his small size/weight. These were effective in keeping my little four-legged brat free of fleas, and He LOVED them. Now he "expects" his after-dinner treat, and I'm going to continue to give them to him even though I now use the drops. Affordable and definitely know it works!

I bought this years ago and it worked perfect this time around it didn’t seem to help them as much. I think it’s the area I’m in! Super prone to fleas ig. But the itching isn’t as bad. Before they were scratching so bad they were cutting their skin and bleeding, I’d find red marks in their skin!! Super sad. So it tried this ofc with a flea and tick bath and everything. They got a little better definitely not scratching as hard and bad but still seem to be itchy front bites. (I know it’s fleas bc these mfs have bit me too on my face while I’ve let my dogs sleep on the bed with me) Gigi the white dog doesn’t seem to like the flavor of this at all! Very hard to get her to take the chews - maybe that’s why it didn’t work as well. The smaller pup princess didn’t like the taste at first but once i put it in her mouth she enjoyed it so 🤷🏽‍♀️ i think the taste is okay.

This is a very good product. My tiny teacup Chihuahua was able to tolerate it and stopped itching, and when I gave him a bath, the fleas were falling off. He was able to relax and not be scratching.

I was using the drops that go on your dog's back for fleas treatment. However, one week at my parents' house and him spending much more time outdoors, and my baby had fleas galore. And they were not dying off like they should. A friend of mine recommended these bites, and within 24 hours, the fleas were dead or dying. Now I keep a supply just in case.

I wanted this to work so bad because my dog is highly allergic to fleas and shreds himself up even when he has the topical flea prevention. Even if a dog around him has fleas he breaks out (our neighbor dog has fleas so my poor pup get around them). I saw this and wanted to try to give him some relief to my itchy pooch. The first day, I saw 3 fleas on my dog and purposefully left them on there to see if it worked. I came back in an hour and they were still there. I figured since it says up to 4 hrs I would wait. Later in the day I checked him, fleas still there. So I thought may it took some time for his body to get accustomed to it. The next day same story, he went outside in the morning I checked him saw he has some fleas, gave him a pill checked him about an hour and a half later, fleas are still having a party. Let it set for the rest of the afternoon and checked him before dinner, still the fleas are alive and kicking. 3rd day same story. At this point I can see it isn’t working and I wasted the $25 it costs for it. At least I didn’t spend the $50 for the month. Look at the reviews and notice several of us back to back have rated it the same so obviously something is wrong here. Avoid and save your money and spend it on the more expensive one!

I bought these because I was frustrated that nothing worked on my dogs. My dogs kept on scratching and although I didn't find fleas on them I assume they had them. After reading reviews and reading that some dogs got sick with this, I decided to give them one every other day for like a week then one a week as to maintain. I did notice that the dogs stop scratching after they had a couple fo these in their system. My dogs are small dogs (less than 10lbs) and they did not get sick.
