These mule mugs are awesome! We've had a set for a many years and they hold up well and age great. We needed a set as a gift and didn't hesitate to order the same brand. Great customer service as well if you have any issues!

My husband and I are new to the world of Moscow Mules and purchased these mugs because they are pure copper. They are lovely mugs, however one of them arrived with a penny size dent in it. Since they have a lifetime warranty I contacted the seller through Amazon telling them of the problem. I included a picture of the damaged mug. The seller responded the next day to let me know that a replaced mug was being sent. It arrived in less than a week. I am very impressed by a company that stands by it's product!

I am very pleased with the Craftsmanship in making these mugs ! I also like that the pure copper straws are a larger diameter than a set of two I bought several years ago. I don't remember the brand. I am also pleased with the included straw cleaning brush which I wish every copper straw ever made came with. I usually have to guess if I got the straw cleaned, but no more ! Thanks for the attention to detail and anticipating customer need. OH and thanks for the included copper shot glass and four coasters. I am sure I will buy more from you in the near future.

I purchased two sets as gifts - one arrived perfect & my friend actually has them on display in her bar area they are so pretty. The second set did have 2 cups that were damaged (handle broken/sharp edges). But as mentioned in other reviews, the company immediately resolved the issue and sent a fresh set directly to the person I had gifted them to. I was very impressed with the customer service, and absolutely will purchase more in the future (for friends and for myself!)

The package arrived on time as indicated. The quality of the workmanship is top-notch, and the Moscow Mules is kept cold throughout. Very happy with my set.

I was looking for a copper set (not stainless steel or copper plated) to give to my husband for our 7th wedding anniversary. I like these handles better than other similarly designed cups and they feel pretty sturdy. Before purchase, I read that this set has a food safe lacquer inside and outside. I was impressed with all the extra pieces and my wooden coasters had no odor. The box the set arrived in was a little dinged up, but I inspected everything and there were no blemishes or oxidation. I have used the cups twice and they work great so far. Based on other reviews, I am not using the straws to stir with (to avoid scratches) and am washing by hand and drying immediately to help keep the cups as nice as possible for as long as possible.

Though I've actually bought this for my own purposes, I find this to be a perfectly acceptable set of copper mugs for making mule drinks. Just as with most of these types of products, your mileage may vary in the craftsmanship department. For me, I've started noticing scratches and the losing of polish very quickly. It's not a huge deal for me, but it is noticeable. Also, the straws appear to be just small copper pipes. I think I've seen very similar in a home ductwork, but again, not a huge deal since they do the job. Overall, great for the price and easy to hold for a nice-looking mule drink.

Disappointed with the box these mugs arrived in. Box was scuffed, smelly and looked like a product that has been in storage for a very long time. The mugs do not look like the pictures as advertised, they were scratched, had marks and dusty. Unfortunately too embarrassed to gift these to a family friend for Christmas.

This is my second set of the Copper Mule Mugs. I must admit I was just using them as decoration in my kitchen until my daughter set me straight.She decided to use one and now everyone wants to use the mugs. This is why the second set. I could barely get to use them myself.A cool frosty drink is prefect in these mugs. They wash up nicely and the set comes with everything you need for a tasty beverage.My first set is a couple years old and has spots as real copper does but follow instructions and they shine up nicely. They are also very sturdy and a good size. The craftsmanship is beautiful and I would recommend them as a nice gift for someone.

Arrived in one day, Prime, as promised. Packaging was superb! Really nice presentation. Heck, some of the fun is opening the box!And...drum roll please...it's ALL COPPER! It is NOT plated stainless steel, NOT flash plated tin, NOT a copper cup with a tin washed interior. This stuff is the real deal!This combo just looks good! And a Moscow Mule mixed within minutes of opening the box tasted, well, like a Moscow Mule. But the cups sweat like crazy, and that is another feature of all-copper cups.I know the clear coat will wear off after a time, but sitting on the deck, in the summer, with Mule cups showing the wear of use and cleaning (read: dull, a little discolored, and maybe a few dents or abrasions) sounds good to me!No complaints. They didn't explode, or set off alarms, or cause stomach distress because-copper, or arrive with a 1/4" spot on a cup, or have bottoms that were not flat, or have pieces missing. Or anything else that people have taken the time to complain about. My guess is that those complaints could be better dealt with with Customer Service. I mean it's a $30.00 purchase. If it doesn't meet your stringent requirements, return it. No how hard is that? Really. This is a set of objects from which you will consume alcoholic beverages, probably outside and most likely in the summer months. My standards slide a little in those situations.For me? All good. Buy these. A first-class product, better than good price, copper straws, copper shot glass, and a STRAW BRUSH!

Product has a strange chemical smell despite repeated washing. It is not something we will use.Buy elsewhere would be my suggestion.

Very disappointed this arrived in a damaged box with missing items inside, right before Christmas and cannot be gifted. Only 1 mug, the straws and coasters were enclosed. I think I rather stick to shopping in stores.
