Very important to inspect the gasket that comes with the power valve. I had a issue that the valve itself is thicker at the diaphragm end. Also the gasket is thicker. Found the valve contacts the lower part of the chamber causing the metering block to not seal against the main body. Had to use a thinner gasket on the valve. Best way to test for fit is install the valve remove the metering plate gasket and test fit against the main body it should fit completely flush.
