So even though it says it multiple places, THIS IS NOT A NEW BALLAST! it is most definitely used. It works but false advertising entirely. And as such a little on the spendy side.

Needed this specific type. The only problem is the time delay. I think it was two or three weeks from order to receipt.

This product was clearly installed in something before I bought it. Hopefully it will work. Don't believe your product will be new.

These ballasts are not new. Paid electrican and now told they are not new ballasts.
