Having a drawstring is a great feature. I have a daughter with special needs and is incontinent. So hard to find something that works. I would have given 5 stars but like all things for the special needs community the prices are so jacked up.

These pants are attractive and the material is very nice. They are a very tight fit around the thighs which is necessary I suppose to keep the water out but I'm not sure how comfortable they would be for any length of time. They arrived too late for me to test them out in the pool where I had hoped to, but I will try them at the first chance I get and will update my review if warranted.

I bought this for my autist daughter. She still hasnβt mastered potty training, we had a couple of incidents where she had a bowel movement in the pool. We tried disposable swim diapers but they fit lose in some areas and werenβt very effective. I bought her a size large, sheβs about 140lbs and it fit fine. It fits snug in all the right areas, and it holds poop in very well. She did have one accident with this on and I noticed it on time to get her out and managed to not have floaters. We washed it and she was back in the pool in a few minutes. Itβs not meant to hold urine in, it will fill up with water a little but itβs great to prevent other accidents in the pool.

I have nerve damage that makes bladder and bowel control dicey at best. These pants won't hold urine, it just slows it a bit! I change out of disposable underwear right before water park or swimming. Nothing solid will be coming out in the pool! The legs are snug but not uncomfortable. I can tighten the drawstring waist more if desired. I can use it as a tankini bottom or under my suits. It doesn't bulk up in the water and doesn't look like a swim diaper. Water Will dribble out as I walk after swimming but suits do that too! It dries fairly quickly but not as fast as a normal bottom. It launders nicely. YEAH! now I'm taking my grandkids swimming with no worries! Exactly what I needed.I also got a set for my 5 year old Autistic granddaughter. She can still wear a swim diaper barely, but this is more comfortable and less bulky (not obvious under the suit) We're going on a cruise and they don't allow kids in swim diapers in the on board pool. Problem Solved!

I bought this to use in the pool, I tried twice and immediately within a couple minutes there was water inside, so could not use over Depends to stay dry. Therefore Iβm giving it a 1.However, if he wanted to use this outside of the pool, the fit was great, it Could be one discreetly clothes. It was quiet and did not crinkle.I think it would be great for wearing anywhere, but in the pool as advertised, hence my low rating

First, I really appreciate the thought that went into many of the details this product has. There is a βsealβ on the waist and legs to keep anything from leaking into the water, the drawstring helps keep the waist tight, and the liner is of a nice quality. The problem is the crotch is too narrow for men, leading to leg gaps that render all the leak-proofing features moot. I emailed the manufacturer via the suggestions address they provided on a card in the package, and hope they can make a design that works better for the guys.

I am able to wear this by itself as a swim diaper, or as a cover. It is very comfortable. Alone, it's a great swim diaper. It's thin enough that it's invisible under my swim trunks. There's soft rubber in the leg openings and around the waist. They are elastic, but don't dig into the skin over time. There's a drawstring in the waistband to draw it tighter if you want it tighter. They are roomy enough I was also able to use them as a cover over my briefs. The soft rubber in the leg opening & waist worked equally well out of the water and doesn't dig into my skin. The fabris on the outside is very soft and silent. They moved well without snagging or twisting when under my trunks of clothes. I liked them so much, I bought a second pair.

We got these for our son with special needs for swimming at school. He is a bigger kid who is still not using the bathroom regularly. These worked out great, they fit his based off of the measurements that were provided to make ordering easy without having to return for another size. They have been in pool water and through the wash many times now and hold up great. The rubber around the legs is a fantastic design well worth the money.
