Bought for my littman iii cardiac stethoscope. It does for. But there is a difference when you listen with the ear buds….. it’s faint. You can barely hear lung sounds. Went and bought authentic littman pieces of of eBay, way better quality. It was way more money, but worth it given what it was needed for.
