I tried these out as an alternative so my child could wear underwear to bed while adding this insert. It worked well. He would hold them in place, and then I would pull up his underwear. The strips at the top gently "attachs" to the underwear so it stays in place. It holds an overnight's worth of urine. These worked well for a child (age 8).

The adult diaper insert pads are very absorbent and good quality. I like that they can be changed easily and a new one put in just as easily, and done without taking off the pull up pants. They have a sticky strip on the bottom to stick to the pull up pants and they don't ride up, they stay put My father really likes these best and says they are better than the full pants as you cannot tell you are wearing these. I would highly recommend for daytime protection as they worked well for my family. Thank you!

My husband is 100% completely incontinent due to cancer. We're always on the lookout for incontinence pads that are absorbent and comfortable. These pads were very comfortable for him but not the absorbency that he requires. That said, I'm sure many men will find these pads to work well for them.

The adult diaper insert pad is long and thick with great absorbency. It provides extra protection for nighttime use and fits well with disposable pull-on pants. It is convenient to use and dispose of, and my parents love it. The price is reasonable, so I highly recommend it.
