Why did you pick this product vs others?:I think something's wrong whenever I have it in single motor mode whether it's the front or the rear it struggles to get the 15 mph like super slow even in sport mode. in dual motor mode it does okay not lightning fast so I'm wondering if I got a defective scooter I don't know it's kind of fun still but not $1,700 fun I really want to make this work so I'm gonna double check. If it was me I'll update my review. But as of now I don't recommend Update. Still having issues with very minimum power in single engine mode found out the caliber for the brakes in the rear is on backwards release the mount is and the mount for the front is not correct at all for the size of discs that is on it the more I look the more I find if you purchase this make sure to tighten up your bolts especially in the front suspension they do come loose

I've been riding this e scooter daily for 20 days now—commuting to work and hitting mountain trails on weekends. The dual suspension dampers handled rough terrain surprisingly well! I made a mistake and took a spill on the mountain (my bad!), but my helmet saved me from serious injury. After the crash, I contacted customer service for an inspection, and they were incredibly responsive and thorough in checking for damage. Glad to report everything’s intact!I bought an e-scooter-specific steering damper to upgrade my ride.

It's way too fast and powerful. headlights are actually pretty bright leds and colored lights on the side look cool. The S5 comes with an exclusive steering damper that the S3 lacks, so I went with the S5. The handlebars may be feel shaky, If so make sure everything is fasten tightly. it does come with a really cool tool kit and some replacement screws and parts. Not for areas where there's a tons of people and cars around. the battery lasts quite a while without having to recharge it again. overall I would say it's definitely worth the price you're going to pay for it it's a high-end scooter for sure. Buy a helmet/pads . customer service is phenomenal.

I'm almost at 600 miles now although in my state anything over 35 needs tagged and titled I still haven't and only 1 cop stopped me for doing 55 in 45 but let me go. I have gotten it to 60+mph gets a little shake at those speeds nothing too bad if you have a little experience. I stay in turbo dual motor ride it to work everyday get about 40 miles before I need a charge. In eco dual I rode for about 4 or 5 hours downtown and still had half a charge.
