My old dryer filter was broken and not doing a good job of catching lint. This one fits perfectly and works exactly like a filter should. The previous condo owner had never cleaned under the filter so there were several inches of built up lint. The brush was helpful but a hand vac with an extender worked better at getting rid of it all.

The screen on this lint trap seems much better then the original factory item and the brush works great at removing lint inside the lint trap housing.
