I love this "stair stepper". The advantage over a machine stair stepper is that one can step on and off, facing frontally, left side or right side. Stair Steppers only allow frontal stepping, not including all of the pelvic girdle. Two offer plenty of hight as one strengthens. It is ver stable!

This is a terrific stepper for workouts -- nice and wide, sturdy, everything you'd want in a stepper. And I appreciate that you can change the height of the stepper to accommodate fitness levels, injury, etc. If you happen to have a dedicated area where you can store this stepper flat on the ground, you'll love it. But if you're like me, and you'd rather store it standing on one side so it takes up a fraction of the space, forget about it. I give this stepper 3 stars because the legs don't stay on unless it's flat on the ground. I have to put it back together every time I use it, because I don't have space to store it flat. It doesn't take long to put it together, but I'm always rushing in the mornings, and I'd really rather not. I'm getting in a good workout, but next time I'd go with a stepper that connects more securely.

This works ok. When you lift it be aware that the legs can fall off or come loose. Just check before using it again. It is otherwise very sturdy. The colors are not nearly as bright as depicted in the photos for this product. It will function well for your step aerobics.

It’s bright purple and black as advertised. Seems very sturdy. I love that the height changers stick to the bottom of the stepper so I do not have to worry about loose pieces getting lost. Bought a step-aerobic video on Prime to watch. Noticed my balance improving immediately.
