For the price and the simplicity of the product to install I would recommend. The product is what you would expect im a rod holder at an affordable price.

Found these rod holders to be very similar in construction to others I've purchased. I don't need anything expensive and these fit the bill. My only issue when I first installed them was the fit was pretty loose. I could move them left and right which concerned me at first. The tolerances in the "gear" were not as good as the ones I've had in the past. After using them for a few trips I'm no longer concerned with the little wobble as I've caught many fish that have pulled hard on the rod holder before I was able to get to them and they have held up well.

This has worked well on my kayak, I screwed it and used super glue, it has help up to Alot of stress for many trips.

. Sits very loose in the mount. With a little pressure the teeth come loose and u will lose your rod. Maybe it will work for little fish but no way flatheads. Super cheap stick with Scotti

At first I really liked these. I mounted them on my boat and started trolling. The problem is, the toothed part that allows it to rotate, has too small of teeth and so it has no holding power. If your rods are heavy at all they will fall down. Big disappointment.
