This little stand does work to keep my Echo 8 on. It is adjustable, however, I can't tilt it very much as the magnetic stand does not have a strong enough magnet to tilt at too much of an angle (it will slide off).I do want to mention that it does need to be put together. They do include a tiny screwdriver, and the screws also of course are tiny. I had a bit of difficulty getting the two screws in, but was able to accomplish this. Their description says no tools needed which technically is true since they provide the screwdriver. However, I feel that should be mentioned in their description that assembly is required.The seller currently is offering a coupon of $3 off. I do like having the stand as I am able to view the screen better.Took off one star for needing assembling and not mentioning that in their description.

This item does exactly what it says, holds the echo show in place. Requires minimal and easy set up. FYI, it can be used for smaller older echo shows as well. I’m using it to hold my echo show 5.

This is a great little stand. We received an Echo Show as a gift and I had no idea that a stand was even available, I never actually looked for one. Instead, I made due with a empty tin can and a couple of packaging wedges to try to have it tilted in towards the main room… but it didn’t work very well, the angle was wrong and if it got nudged it would show the ceiling, not the room, and I wouldn’t be able to view the display. This stand popped up on my feed and so I ordered it. I attached the base with the two screws that were provided. They include the appropriate sized screwdriver and an extra screw; I don’t consider placing these two screws actual “assembly” but others might. After attaching the base according to the directions (the way it points will matter for balance), I brought my show over to it and thwack… the Show was attached via the magnet to the stand. I opened the app so I could get the camera positioned the way I wanted and adjusted it without any issues; the magnet is holding it up just fine. I’m very pleased with the purchase and would buy it again.
