The neck broke , didnt want to buy a whole new shower head since it was only the holder that needed replacing. Was very easy to assemble and fits.

What a disappointment. It said universal shower head holder, and I thought it would easily replace the old one after the plastic holder broke, but the holder part of this product was too narrow and the connector to the shower head would not fit. I could push it in a little, but then it slipped out. From the photos, it looked exactly the same as the one it was supposed to replace. Not so universal after all.
