Assembly is easy and intuitive. Instructions are included to check our work and confirm we really didn't need them. The most difficult part of solo assembly is stretching it out to fit snugly on the bottom lip of the side panels while tightening all the thumbscrews. We needed to loosen, stretch out and tighten one end a couple times to get it tight enough that it won't rattle. Once installed, it feels very secure and looks good under our Traeger Pro 575.

Assembly was easy. It does rock a bit because it just sits on the lip of the side panels. It does not attach to the grill. There is no explanation of what the fixing blocks are for. It appears they may be used for a different grill type than mine (Traeger Pro 780).
