This is in design terms, a fail. It looks right. In fact it's a copy of a D'Addario capo. I thought how bad could it be ? I play 11's without a pick and I use the capo extensively. Tuning is a nightmare with this capo. Any use of the tightening wheel, puts the guitar sharp.I've spent more time tuning than anything else.I'd like to say that the D'Addario capo actually works as part of this review, just to emphasize that this is a subpar product.

Personally, I found this capo to be great. I recently started playing more and was using some old beat up capos that I did not care for. This one came nicely presented and has its own box which I have kept it in considering they always go missing if I leave them out and about. It goes on nicely and can be adjusted further via the screw knob. I have found that not making it too tight works best. Making it too tight would skew it shar slightly, so I loosened it a bit and it is perfect.

The description set the bar high and it did not disappoint!I've owned dozens of caps of different size, shape, and variety and this one is the highest quality. Period.The weight is heavy yet every piece feels perfectly fit together. The clamping and adjustment wheel move like the parts born to be together!Honestly it's a great piece! 10/10 last capo I'll ever need
