Steps are pretty good, seem to be well made. The stainless nuts and bolts however are poor quality. I wanted to change the location of the step about a week after the install. Out of 9 mounting bolts I had to cut 7 of them off due to the cheap material. The bolts threads had distorted to the point of locking up. “ similar to cross threading” I strongly suggest you find a better quality of fasteners.

Ordered this to get in and out of the boat easy. Mounted it to the trailer. It’s easy to install. However after installing it’s pretty flimsy. It definitely bends when you walk up the stairs. Figured it would be better quality with the higher price. But in the end how much will it be used? Not enough to take it off. It will still work for my use.

These boat steps were super easy to install and fit on my trailer very nicely. They make climbing into my boat so much easier while it’s parked. The convenience they offer is fantastic, especially when loading or unloading gear. If I could have found a four-step set, it would have been absolutely perfect, but overall, these steps have been a great addition to my setup.

I installed these steps on a z-9 nitro they are very easy to install great looking and are built very well they make entry into boat a breeze I would recommend these steps great value for the money and fit great

30 MINUTE INSTALL BY MYSELF AND WORKED LIKE A CHARM....NO MORE CRAWLING IN / OUT OF MY BOAT AND A PIECE OF CAKE WHEN LAUNCHING BY MYSELF....MADE FROM HEAVY GA. Not sure about everyone else, my boat trailer is used exclusively outdoors and around salt water so good coatings are needed to sustain non-stainless materials. This item arrived poorly packaged with a lot of the single coat paint chipped and scratched. Welded areas and inner tubing were not prep'd before factory paint. Install is easy and straight forward, but plan on an hour of sanding and cleaning prep and another day or two for repaint and dry time before install.

Great value !! Heavy duty !!!The plate assembly that attachs to the trailer is built specifically for the winch support ! The two plates are @ 1 inch too short/narrow to fit the trailer side rails. I had to drill two holes on the side rail in order to use the bottom slots on the plates. Minor aggravation, but the overall quality of the steps make up for that. The angle of the steps is adjustable !!
