Some of the marketing pictures show the camera sideways (horizontal). If you record in that position, the picture will be sideways. The camera has a button to flip the image 180 degrees but not in 90-degree increments. The downloadable Adesso software allows the rotation of the image 90 degrees but if you record and play back it is still horizontal. The software was quirky for me. I could not record the audio when other software on my PC could. When I deleted all of the files I created and started over, the S/W was then recording audio.This is a solid camera. It is nice that it has an LED light. It provided nice sharp clear images. Compatible with Microsoft TEAMS as long as the camera is vertical and you use the 180-degree image flip as needed. Comes with a bag for the camera. I took away one star because of the quirky experience I had with the software.

No matter what you do, the White Balance blows out what ever you put underneath it. Even when I was sent their other software that controls for white Balance, contrast, etc. the center is always blown out. You can see the white circle. This was without the attached light. With the light it's much worse.The main reason for purchasing it was because of 60 frames per second @ 1080 resolution. The projectors are being used for drawing demos. It's been completely useless. I have talked to the company directly, sent them images, and was promised a replacement (didn't happen). We purchased multiple ones and they all had the same problem so they are being returned.
