Nice sound options. Small size great for travel. Looping of sounds is somewhat random with no breaks evident. Charges easily with USB-C provided. Other sound machines often have breaks in streaming sounds and/or constantly cyclical sounds which make them ineffective. This unit is a great option at a great price.

We love the electro fan models. This clips on and off easily from our diaper bag. We clip it to the shade portion of our car seat when the baby is sleeping. It’s plenty loud enough for the car seat and stroller.

Sound is pretty weak and it’s convenient in that you charge it on the go but it should really be a bit louder. Compared to the full size plug in from the same company, this one is very weak. Charging seems to last a couple hours. Works if you’re in a pinch or really need it for a stroller walk/car ride but I would otherwise not choose to buy this.If you’re thinking of using this for a vacation and will be staying at a hotel/airbnb, just get the full size version.

I have one of the standalone lectrofan units, which I absolutely love, but traveling with it felt precarious. I couldn't find a purpose-made case for it, and while it traveled fine, it felt wrong to keep shoving it in a bag without a care in the world.This little guy has saved my butt. The selection of sounds is lovely, and the slim profile means it's easy to slip into any random pouch or pocket and then into a bag. Love that it's usb-c charged, because that's one less cord to worry about making sure I have. Puts out a great level of sound and keeps me sane when I'm sleeping in new/unfamiliar environments! When I'm not traveling, I actually keep it at my desk (work from home life amirite) for when I need neutral background noise.Perfect little machine. Would not hesitate to buy again!

After some use, the machine started to make a very annoying additional sound on top of the white noise. It's a repeating sound and keeps me awake. This doesn't happen every time I use it and I've tried to figure out if it has to do with how charged the machine is, but I haven't come up with an answer. With some of the sound options the additional sound is not quite that recognizable, but it still disturbs.

We use it every night and every day during nap time. I highly recommend this white noise machine for regular use. We keep it plugged in all the time but if he goes away for a nap, it lasts for several hours without needing to take the charger along. Nice loud volume. Just don't place too close to crib or the decibels are too much for constant use for baby's hearing. Download a decible measurement app to test. I also figured out accidentally that it sings songs too even though it wasn't on the instructions. If you hold down the sound button and then push the power button at the same time, it sings songs. And you can flip between different songs using the sound button.

I originally purchased this sound machine after reading that pink noise may increase the amount of time in deep sleep. However, I find the ocean wave sounds so relaxing that I tend to listen to them more. I tend to wake quite frequently and overthink things when I do. The sound of waves coming and going has been one of the most effective things to help me fall asleep again.I love the size of the sound machine, I didn't want anything that was too bulky because I want to be able to travel with it. This is the perfect size for traveling. I'm hoping that a familiar sound will help me sleep when I am away from home.The volume is more than I need but I don't have a problem with background noise. I probably have the volume set at about half of what the machine could produce. On this setting, the machine lasts me a few nights without charging. I can't say exactly how long because I don't use it every night.Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase. I didn't want a sound machine that loops in case that became something I noticed all the time. I also didn't want to spend more money buying a machine that offers an insane amount of sounds because I know I will only ever listen to a couple.

Most of us don't need a dozen or more sounds to meet our sleep needs. Just a soothing, steady sound to take us into slumber and sleep. This little machine does the trick! The heart sound is probably good for your baby or puppy. The pink, brown, ocean and fan sounds, two variations of each, are sufficient and should be pleasing enough to satisfy anyone. This is a simple to use machine, no batteries required, usb cord for power and machine can be charged for 40 hours of continuous sound unplugged. With the sound variations, you'll find the adjustable volume is adequate. It may not drown out the snoring moose or the 1812 overture, but then what does?!I am so happy with this machine. It takes little space laying flat on table top or with wire stand, or can be clipped to hang. I definitely recommend this unit!

After a few months of use, I can definitely say this was a great purchase. The only reason I knocked a star is because of the battery life and volume. I use the hatch sound machine for my baby's night sleep, but when he's not in his crib for a nap, I really wanted a sound machine that was portable. The volume on the hatch is simply unbeatable when compared to this little device. We have to use it at max volume to get the same sound as 40% on the hatch. That being said, usually this one is much closer to him than the hatch so I'm sure the decibel is higher. When using this device at max volume, definitely the battery life suffers. I'm not sure if it would last the night honestly (I haven't tried since my baby's sleep depends on the constant white noise). The pros are that this device is extremely portable, easy to use, and easy to charge. In the beginning I had contemplated returning it due to the low volume but it's grown on me and I'm glad to have kept it. It gets daily use, just like the hatch.
