Helps me keep track. Honestly I don’t use this for messages I use this for my mileage log for my business the time in and time out I put in the mileage odometer there and then in the message field I put down what I did for that day so if I ever get audited from the IRS I have a paper trail in a carbon copy available… I have been using this product for the last four years with no complaints
