The software was easy to use plus, I did not have to do any adjustments to align the forms. They printed perfectly. Overall, the process of preparing the W-2s and W-3 was very simple. I will use them again.

Adams Tax form kits make it very easy to do the Towns taxes, from the W’2 to the 1099’s. It costs a little bit to have Adams Tax Forms digitally file all the forms for you if you want but I believe it is well worth the money. No worries at all and you get updates from Adams about the progress of you tax submissions.

I have used these for years and they are great, easy to fill out and work well. However, this year, you have to pay a separate and additional fee for online access. You NEED online access to get the full benefits of the forms. Just be aware of that fact, and you will be fine. I might have gone a different route, had I known this upfront, but they still worked great.

I purchased this package in October to prepare W-2's for a company that is being dissolved. Since the Q3 941 return is the final return, the W2/W3 deadline moves up to 10/31, the same date as the final 941. I just tried to log into Adams Tax Forms Helper 2024 to prepare the forms to find out they are "on a short break" until 11/5. Absolutely useless for the 10/31 deadline the package was purchased for.
