We average about 120 holes. with these bits. it is important to keep them lubricated with oil or water, but they work really well. slow steady force but if you have a Magdrill you know this already.

I needed a specific size cutter for a mag drill, and figured that this, being cheap in price, would have knocked out a couple of holes and turned to melted butter. I was sure surprised; this thing knocked out 20 holes in 1/4" plate steel in a few minutes, AND was still sharp and ready to rock, and not too hot (good lube used as well, so-). I'll definitely not hesitate to get some more ACTOOL cutters.

First time I have used one of these types of cutter, I drill alot of holes with my Jet Drill press and these things just cant be beat, I am cooling thru the center with Antifreeze and they dont heat up at all. 3/4" hole thru 1/2 AR50 plate in under 40 seconds.
