Not good quality, but that's what you get for 20 bucks. Junck after one hole with cutting fluid.

If used correctly this cutter will do the job. But you have to stop the cut every 10 seconds or so to clean off the swarf and apply a cutting gel. I used this in my mag drill to cut through 1 1/4 plate on a CAT 322BL hydraulic quick coupler in order to remove the rod end of the cylinder pin through the cut hole in order to repack the cylinder.
